It’s a service that allows our technicians to log into your machine (with you there) via a remote desktop and work from afar while maintaining a live telephone conversation. The service is easy, fast, cost effective and very dependable. If things cannot be resolved via remote desktop, for a nominal fee we will drive to your location to diagnose and fix the issue.
We divide our Remote Support Services into two areas:
Incidental Reaction Contract:
For a small monthly fee we guarantee a maximum reaction time in response to computer or network problems. Think of this as a retainer that goes against any support costs. It guarantees you a spot in line and pays for one hour of tech support. This is the best solution for businesses or municipalities that do not have a computer support person on staff and need help in responding to computer issues. This contract gives you an expected time that our engineers will respond within. Depending on where you fit in the call list, we can sometimes take care of you immediately. This contract moves from pre-paid to hourly once the monthly fee amount/hour equivalent has been reached.
Fixed Services Contract:
You pay a fixed monthly, quarterly or yearly maintenance fee that covers an agreed to number of hours of availability. A quick phone call to establish a support connection is all that it takes. You can go from having no luck in solving a problem to immediate expert assistance from a engineer. All on-site services are paid separately. This allows you to have a dependable remote support service while getting an excellent return on your investment. The contract fees depend a lot on the size and scope of your organization. This is our most popular remote service.
You don’t have to worry about your data walking away from you either. All of our relationships are governed by a Non-Disclosure Agreement. That means that your data stays your data and we are legally bound to keep your information private. We believe very strongly that your data needs to stay private.
