On-Site Services.

We have very close working relationships with many companies in the greater Birmingham, Alabama area.  We offer one-to-one network administration services, network installations, computer training, computer repair & virus recovery services.  We also serve as all around technology assistants, if you have a question ask us, we can most likely help.

We’ve spent a lot of time finding and recruiting the best talent.  Each of our field engineers is certified, trained, and vetted before they are allowed to interact with our customers.  Our engineers and our staff are dedicated to turning out high quality results.  For us business isn’t just something that we do to make money, we’re providing solutions that help corporations run efficiently, governments take better care of their citizens while keeping the gears of interpersonal business running smoothly.

Our On-Site services also factor into more than just a job well done, with the current economic cash crunch, out-sourcing Computer Support make a great deal of sense.  Providing that your internal assets are not overbuilt, simply cutting costs by stripping them away is not the best idea as this can lead to problems that will put your whole organization at risk.  An external Computer Support company is much more flexible and effective and it can throw more resources toward a problem in the event of an emergency.  It is obvious that not even the most capable Network Administrator can compete with the broad professional background of an external team that administers many different IT environments on a routine basis.  By choosing us you maintain control of your technological environment and you will benefit from the experience of a well rounded team.

We address our on-site services into four simple plans:

Monthly Reaction Contract:

For a nominal monthly fee we guarantee a maximum reaction time in response to computer or network problems.  Think of this as a retainer.  This service pays for one hour of time per month – the time spent by our engineers will be pre-paid until an hour is reached, at that point hourly fees apply.  This contract puts you in the priority stack to be serviced.  This is the best solution for businesses that need computer help but only on occasion.  This contract is best suited for help with non mission-critical elements.

Contingent Services Contract:

If you are willing to set aside a minimum number of hours for outside Computer Support per year, you will receive a guaranteed shorter reaction time.  This contract pays for five hours of on-site engineering support a month – the time spent by our engineers will be pre-paid up until the five hour limit is reached, at that point hourly fees apply.  This is great for companies that need to strike a cost effective balance for Computer Maintenance and Management but need on-site technical support within a narrower window.

Fixed Services Contract:

You pay a fixed monthly maintenance fee that covers all basic routine maintenance and management tasks. All extra work is paid for separately. This is a basic service contract with fixed hours.  It allows you to cover the basics.  This combines the best of predictability and the cost effective nature of a Contingent Services Contract.

General Service Contract:

You pay a monthly maintenance fee that covers advanced management, routine maintenance, administration and emergency tasks.  This fee varies depending on the number of servers, computers, routers and pieces of network infrastructure in your organization.  This contract depends a lot on the size of your organization.  This is the right contract to choose if your company needs predictability of cost, time and regular computer support.

As with our Remote Support services, we back our word with a Non Disclosure Agreement.  Before we ever begin work with your company we will sign a contract that covers both of our interests.  We believe very strongly that your data needs to stay yours.  We take your need for data privacy very seriously. Our workers are also insured so that if we break something we will pay to fix it.  We strive for a great working relationship with our customers, one built mutually over time based on trust, respect and effectiveness.
